  • Shake the inhaler before use.
  • Hold the inhaler upright and open the mouthpiece cap that covers the opening of the inhaler.

  • Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and close your lips around it.
  • Ensure that your hands are not blocking any air holes in the inhaler.
  • Breathe in through your mouth and then press down on the top of the canister (whilst still breathing in steadily and deeply
  • Remove the mouthpiece from your mouth and hold your breath for 10 seconds then breathe out slowly.

Always replace the mouthpiece cap once you have finished using the inhaler. If you require another dose repeat steps 2-7.
